Additional Crosley 1950's Princess Phone - Pink Information

It's little, and it's lovely and you probably remember it in your sister's bedroom or at your mother's desk. The original desk phone was redesigned with this smart new look. The Princess, introduced in 1959, was compact and attractive. Featured in a variety of colors, including pastels, this unit had a smaller footprint to fit in those not-so-big spaces. With it's rounded edges, sleek lines and fashionable stylings it quickly became a favorite.

What Customers Say About Crosley 1950's Princess Phone - Pink:

Made very very very well I purchased this for my 92 year old mother, she loves it and she can work with it because it is so simple. Loves the look and color.

I do love the looks of it and have wanted a princess phone for years. I can't talk on it when there is any other noise in the room. I just wish with technology what it is today, that I could have more control over the volume. I just received my Crosley Radio CR59-PI Princess Phone. I am somewhat disappointed because the volume on the receiver is quite low, even though I have it set on high.

There is just enough weight to the phone to make it feel solid. (2) When you push the buttons to dial, it makes a sharp noise in your ear, which is a little annoying. Love the yellow.

If I could change anything it would be these 2 things: (1) The cradle holds the receiver up a little bit. I hold it away from me when I dial. It takes some getting used to because at first you feel like the phone isn't sitting correctly.

The phone is adorable. Design is just a little different from the original, but still very cute. These are small things, and I am overall very happy with the phone.

The sound is very good--I don't have to strain to hear with it. Comfortable to use.

Looks great and works great. Substantial and dependable. Very pleased with this phone. It's a great shade of pink, and has the vintage styling and old fashioned ring.

The ring tone is quaint bringing back memories of old movies watched on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Receiver tone is adequate. This reproduction princess phone has a seriously precious style all its own oozing with charm. Comes with an easy push button dialing and two variations of tone. I could sum up this phone in 3 words.I love it. I love its soft pink color and the 'just right size'. The spiral cord is extra long so there's no straining with the stretch.
